IMPORTANT! PARTICIPANTS UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE: Please carefully read this entire document before signing, and also have your PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN carefully read this entire document before providing their signature, as well. 

Please print and sign and give to one of the organizers at the Welcome Booth, when you sign in. If you forget to bring the waiver, extra copies will be available on the day of.
